ServiceNow Developer

SOBRE LA OPORTUNIDAD

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join an international technology environment in the banking sector, working in a hybrid model in Porto. The role focuses on the development, maintenance and operational support of ServiceNow instances used across large-scale service management environments.

QUÉ HARÁS

- Develop new ServiceNow functionalities for specific business and IT needs.
- Maintain and optimize ServiceNow instances, configurations and platform settings.
- Support the operational condition of ServiceNow environments across international users and technical teams.
- Contribute to ITSM processes, including incident, problem, change and service catalog management.
- Support end-user portals, internal IT applications and business ticketing solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders to analyze needs and deliver reliable ServiceNow solutions.

LO QUE ESTAMOS BUSCANDO

- 3 to 6 years of professional experience in software development, IT service management tools or related technical environments.
- Dominio profesional de inglés.
- Working proficiency in French.
- Good understanding of service management concepts and the ability to work in complex international environments.
- Responsible, collaborative and solution-oriented approach to delivery, support and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to deepen ServiceNow expertise through planned tool-specific training.
