Consultor SAP R2R

SOBRE LA OPORTUNIDAD

We are looking for a Senior SAP R2R Consultant to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation within the food services and facilities management sector. The role focuses on report-to-record process alignment, core model standardization, system integration, testing, user adoption and deployment support, working in a hybrid model from Porto.

QUÉ HARÁS

- Support the design and implementation of the SAP S/4HANA core model for report-to-record processes.
- Translate global R2R standards into SAP S/4HANA functionality, ensuring alignment with finance processes, business needs and SAP best practices.
- Facilitate process alignment with business process owners, subject matter experts and implementation partners.
- Evaluate proposed solutions, technical feasibility and implementation estimates to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Support the balance between standardization and necessary customization, preserving core model integrity.
- Collaborate on SAP S/4HANA integration with internal and external systems to support smooth data transfer and functional continuity.
- Conduct core model workshops in cooperation with business process owners and implementation partners.
- Provide training, support and knowledge transfer to users and application maintenance support teams.
- Contribute to design phases, deliverable validation, testing, deployment and adoption activities for the new SAP S/4HANA system.

LO QUE ESTAMOS BUSCANDO

- At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, preferably in greenfield implementation contexts.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and organization, including general ledger accounting, fixed assets, banking, controlling, financial reporting, inventory accounting, financial and internal control, and tax reporting.
- Ability to convert business requirements into effective functional and technical solutions.
- Experience coordinating with business stakeholders, technical teams, implementation partners and end users.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess feasibility, identify risks and support process optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic project environment.
- Dominio profesional de inglés.
