Project Manager

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Project Manager to support complex technology and data-driven initiatives in the healthcare sector. This role requires strong coordination across technical and non-technical teams, with a hybrid working model in the Trofa area.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Coordinate complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across data, development and business teams.
- Support project planning, execution and follow-up, ensuring alignment between business needs, delivery priorities and technical teams.
- Facilitate communication between IT and non-IT stakeholders, translating requirements and dependencies into clear actions.
- Monitor project progress, risks, blockers and priorities, promoting timely and structured decision-making.
- Contribute to initiatives with a strong data component, supporting analysis, validation and delivery quality.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Mid-level experience as a Project Manager in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Academic background in Management, Healthcare or a related field.
- Experience working across multidisciplinary teams, including data, development and business areas.
- Critical thinking and the ability to challenge, analyze and organize information in data-oriented contexts.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Availability to work on-site in the Trofa area two days per week.
- Availability to start preferably within 30 days.
