ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Join Hexa as an IT Project Manager and contribute to technology initiatives within a large organization in the insurance sector.

You will coordinate projects involving software development, workplace technology and IT infrastructure, supporting collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.

This opportunity follows a hybrid working model based in Lisbon, with two days per week on-site.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Coordinate IT projects involving application development, workplace services and infrastructure operations.
- Align technical teams and business stakeholders on project objectives, priorities and delivery expectations.
- Plan and monitor project activities, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
- Identify project risks, operational constraints and potential delivery issues, supporting timely resolution.
- Facilitate communication across different IT functions to ensure consistent project execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide clear status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement of project coordination and delivery practices.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Mid-level experience in IT project management, preferably supported by a technical background.
- Understanding of IT environments and the dependencies between application development, workplace services and infrastructure.
- Strong organizational, coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, adaptable and solution-oriented approach to project delivery.
- Confidence in managing multiple priorities and collaborating across different teams.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with wider organizational objectives.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

- IT project management and delivery coordination.
- Software development lifecycle fundamentals.
