Business Analyst

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support projects in the healthcare sector, working closely with business stakeholders to analyze needs, improve processes and support cross-functional initiatives. The role is based in Trofa, with a hybrid working model requiring on-site presence twice per week.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Work with business stakeholders to gather, clarify and document requirements.
- Analyze existing processes and support their optimization according to business needs.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional inputs for delivery teams.
- Support projects across different business areas, including human resources and finance.
- Adapt to different project delivery approaches, including agile and sequential methodologies.
- Contribute to the preparation, follow-up and alignment of project activities with business teams.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Mid-level experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or similar role.
- Academic degree in Management, Health, Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in business interaction, requirements analysis and process understanding.
- Ability to analyze, structure and improve business processes.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Collaborative, adaptable and solution-oriented approach.
- Availability to join preferably within 30 days.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Requirements gathering and functional analysis.
- Business process analysis and optimization.
- Scrum.
- Waterfall.
- Jira.
- Cross-functional project support.

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience with healthcare sector projects.
- Experience in research and development initiatives.
- Previous exposure to projects involving public funding or transformation programs.
