ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Join a remote opportunity based in Portugal within the technology consulting sector, supporting enterprise AI transformation initiatives focused on moving agentic AI platforms from experimentation to production-ready, governed and secure delivery at scale.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Design production-grade agentic platform architectures covering orchestration, runtime patterns, memory, tool integration and data connectivity.
- Assess and improve data readiness across quality, structure, access, governance and operational usability.
- Integrate AI solutions into enterprise environments using suitable models, frameworks and technical patterns.
- Embed governance, security, compliance and operational reliability into data, AI and agent-based solutions.
- Support discovery, technical feasibility assessment and proof-of-value activities with business and technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to transversal data and AI foundations across enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Lead standalone delivery engagements when required, ensuring clarity, quality and consistent execution.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Senior experience delivering agentic AI platforms in production environments.
- Strong background in data architecture or data engineering as a foundation for scalable AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM-based capabilities and automation into enterprise systems.
- Ability to translate technical feasibility into clear business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
- Autonomous, adaptable and solution-oriented approach across delivery, advisory and presales contexts.
- Collaborative mindset with ownership, transparency and commitment to high-quality delivery.

COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY

Base salary range: EUR 22,000 - EUR 32,000 gross/year
Total compensation: up to EUR 40,000/year
The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's profile and position requirements.
