Salesforce Developer

About the opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a technology team supporting a financial services environment. In this role, you will design, build and evolve Salesforce solutions used across multiple business areas, contributing to scalable delivery, strong technical quality and continuous improvement.

What you will do

Design and develop custom applications and features on the Salesforce platform.
Translate business requirements into robust, scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
Provide technical guidance to developers, analysts and other stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Support code reviews, development standards and knowledge sharing within the team.
Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including APIs, web services and middleware.
Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues across Salesforce applications and related integrations.
Create and maintain technical documentation to support solution quality and continuity.
Write and execute unit and integration tests to ensure reliable delivery.

What we are looking for

At least 5 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
Strong autonomy in designing, developing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions.
Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring or supporting other developers.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to delivery quality.
Professional working proficiency in English, ideally B2/C1 level.

Technical skills

Salesforce development: Apex, Visualforce and Lightning components.
Integration: APIs, web services, middleware and third-party system integrations.
Salesforce architecture: security model, data modelling and scalable solution design.
Development practices: Git, unit testing, integration testing, code reviews and technical documentation.
Delivery approach: Salesforce development best practices, deployment processes and collaborative technical delivery.

Nice to have

Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer II or Technical Architect.
