QA Automation Engineer

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to support quality assurance activities within the banking and financial services sector, with a focus on payment-related application testing, functional validation and user acceptance testing.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional testing requirements.
- Contribute to pre-project analysis, functional requirement definition and test preparation.
- Participate in business workshops to clarify scope, expected behavior and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze production anomalies and support their investigation, documentation and resolution follow-up.
- Participate in functional testing, application homologation and user acceptance testing activities.
- Prepare, execute and document test cases, ensuring traceability between requirements, defects and validation evidence.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, application testing or user acceptance testing.
- Experience working in structured IT delivery environments with business and technical stakeholders.
- Professional working proficiency in French at B2 level or above.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clarify requirements and report testing outcomes clearly.
- Responsible, collaborative and solution-oriented approach to quality and delivery.

COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY

Base salary range: EUR 17,000 - EUR 29,000 gross/year
Total compensation: up to EUR 36,000/year
The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's profile and position requirements.
