ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Join a technology team supporting regulatory and trading systems in the financial services sector. You will contribute to the evolution of regulatory processes, data monitoring and front-to-back application capabilities, with a focus on equity derivatives and high-quality delivery in an agile environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Improve regulatory processes, tools and data monitoring capabilities.
- Develop and enhance existing application processes in line with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
- Support the evolution of systems related to equity derivatives.
- Work closely with business, regulatory and IT teams across front-to-back application flows.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and delivery contexts.
- Monitor progress on assigned work, ensure delivery quality and share knowledge with the team.
- Collaborate with business analysts, regulatory teams and IT professionals to support compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to agile delivery practices with distributed team members.
- Support major releases or critical events when special monitoring is required, including occasional out-of-hours interventions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Senior-level experience in software development for complex enterprise or financial services environments.
- Strong autonomy, ownership and commitment to high-quality delivery.
- Good understanding of regulatory contexts and their impact on trading or financial systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, rigour and adaptability.
- Team-oriented approach with willingness to share knowledge and support others.
- Professional working proficiency in English, minimum B2 level.

COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY

Base salary range: EUR 18,000 - EUR 36,000 gross/year
Total compensation: up to EUR 40,000/year
The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's profile and position requirements.
