About the opportunity
We are looking for a Junior Application Support professional to join an insurance and financial services environment, supporting request handling, customer interaction, incident reporting and continuous improvement activities. This role combines technical support, business understanding and strong communication skills, with a focus on quality, confidentiality, reliability and service excellence.
What you will do
Process requests received through different channels, including phone and email, in line with defined procedures.
Support internal or external customers and partners while ensuring quality, control, security and confidentiality standards.
Contribute to a positive customer experience by identifying issues, managing expectations and escalating dissatisfaction when needed.
Report malfunctions, anomalies and incidents to support operational continuity.
Participate in the sharing of good practices and knowledge across the team.
Contribute to the update of procedures, operational documentation and support practices.
Propose improvements to processes, organisation and service efficiency.
What we are looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience as a technical support advisor or in a similar application support role.
Good understanding of data-related business processes.
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Collaborative, adaptable and results-oriented mindset.
Professional working proficiency in French, C1 level, and English, B2 level.
Technical skills
Application support: request handling, incident reporting, anomaly tracking and operational support.
Customer support practices: complaint management, customer relationship techniques and call handling.
Business and data: understanding of data business processes and translation of business needs into IT requirements.
Tools and processes: management tools, decision-support tools, documentation and procedure updates.
Delivery approach: Agile ways of working, continuous improvement and team collaboration.
Nice to have
Previous experience in banking or insurance environments.
