At the end of each year, Hexa identifies its critical service providers and completes the Mod.005 – Supplier Evaluation Questionnaire.

In this questionnaire, suppliers are evaluated according to the following criteria:

• Timely delivery;
• Fulfilment of technical requirements;
• Non-conformities.
