As theMarketing and Communications Manager of Hexa, you will be responsible fordeveloping and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategiesto enhance our brand image and engage our target audience. You will workclosely with company board and cross-functional teams to create and delivercompelling messages that align with our company's vision and goals.
1. Marketing Strategy and BrandManagement:
· Develop, implement, and manage theoverall marketing strategy in alignment with Hexa objectives;
· Conduct market research to identifytrends, competitors, and opportunities;
· Create and manage marketing budgets;
· Maintain and strengthen thecompany's brand identity and voice;
· Ensure consistent messaging andvisual representation across all channels.
2. Content Development:
· Oversee the creation anddistribution of high-quality, relevant, and engaging content for variouschannels (e.g., website, social media and internal communication channels);
· Ensure content is in line with thebrand and marketing strategies.
3. Social Media Management:
· Plan, develop and execute campaignsfor Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin;
· Monitor digital performance metricsand adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
4. Event Planning:
· Plan and execute company events forteams;
· Manage sponsorships to increasebrand visibility;
· Collaborate with event vendors andstakeholders to ensure successful events;
· Manage event logistics, budgeting,and post-event evaluation.
5. Design and Copy:
· Design of marketing materials,ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment;
· Create copy and messaging for socialmedia, marketing campaigns and off-line materials;
· Work with external partners in casesthat are needed.
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing,Communications, Design, or a related;
· Minimum of 2 years of experience inmarketing and communications, preferable in a Consultancy company;
· Strong analytical skills to assessmarketing data and make data-driven decisions;
· Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills;
· Proficiency in marketing andanalytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics, emailmarketing platforms);
· Creative and innovative thinking todevelop unique marketing campaigns;
· Experience in graphic design andcopywriting;
· Ability to work effectively in afast-paced and dynamic environment.
