• Supporting the expansion of IT infrastructure, both on-premise and in the cloud.
• Engaging in tasks related to client lifecycle, asset, and license management.
• Assisting the team with IT projects.
• Aiding all departments in implementing and migrating new software.
• Providing technical support to a user base of 250 individuals.
• Creating concepts and documenting IT systems and processes.
• Managing relationships with external service providers.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Dell (Windows) and Apple (macOS) clients, as well as Office 365 applications.
• Thorough understanding of Entra ID and MS Intune Endpoint Management, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Enterprise Apps, Software Packaging, Autopilot, and DEP.
• Strong familiarity with server virtualization using VMware.
• Good grasp of LAN/WLAN/SAN technologies, such as Aruba, HP, and Brocade.
• Comprehensive knowledge of security technologies, including Firewalls (Fortigate), VPNs, and Microsoft Defender.
• Experience operating and maintaining Windows and Linux servers and applications/services like DHCP, DNS BIND, Active Directory, PKI, and Reverse Proxy.
• Proficiency in managing cloud applications like Atlassian Confluence and Atlassian Access.
• Competence in backup and recovery processes using CommVault and Metallic.
