Reporting to the Area Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and driving continuous improvement in our infrastructure area:
- Collaborating closely with business areas, internal users, and technical teams.
- Managing and analyzing incidents to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and implementing permanent fixes with proper root cause analysis.
- Ensuring stable and smooth process during production deployments.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to implement improvements and simplify daily work processes.
- Participating in setting up appropriate support models and facilitating knowledge transfer for implemented systems and processes.
- Improving documentation of functional and technical processes and workflows.
- Implementing, managing, and supporting various technologies and platforms listed below.
Academic background in Information Systems or a related field.
Experience working in support teams (2nd level support).
Work experience (minimum 2 years) in some of the following technologies and/or platforms:
- Hadoop / Cloudera (Kafka, Spark, Impala, Hbase, HDFS, Yarn, Hive, Hue, etc) / Cloudera Data Platform
- IBM Information Server / Datastage
- Microsoft Azure
- Cloud computing concepts
- Azure operations concepts
- Azure infrastructure concepts
- Databricks
- Data Factory
- Azure Machine Learning
