Reporting to the Area Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and driving continuous improvement in our infrastructure area:

• Collaborating closely with business areas, internal users, and technical teams.
• Managing and analyzing incidents to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and implementing permanent fixes with proper root cause analysis.
• Ensuring stable and smooth process during production deployments.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to implement improvements and simplify daily work processes.
• Participating in setting up appropriate support models and facilitating knowledge transfer for implemented systems and processes.
• Improving documentation of functional and technical processes and workflows.
• Implementing, managing, and supporting various technologies and platforms listed below.

Academic background in Information Systems or a related field.

Experience working in support teams (2nd level support).

Work experience (minimum 2 years) in some of the following technologies and/or platforms:

• Hadoop / Cloudera (Kafka, Spark, Impala, Hbase, HDFS, Yarn, Hive, Hue, etc) / Cloudera Data Platform
• IBM Information Server / Datastage
• Microsoft Azure
• Cloud computing concepts
• Azure operations concepts
• Azure infrastructure concepts
