The role focuses on end-to-end Power BI development, data modeling, dashboard design and performance optimization to enable reliable and actionable insights.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n- Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business needs.\n- Take ownership of reporting initiatives from requirements analysis to delivery.\n- Build and optimize data models, including star schemas, relationships, measures and reusable structures.\n- Develop advanced calculations using DAX.\n- Transform and prepare data using Power Query.\n- Ensure performance optimization, scalability and reliability of reports and datasets.\n- Apply data visualization best practices, including user experience, storytelling and business readability.\n- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\n- Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability across reporting solutions.\n- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dashboards, data models and refresh processes.\n- Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of BI standards.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\n- 6 to 9 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or a related field.\n- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.\n- Advanced knowledge of DAX and data modeling concepts.\n- Experience with Power Query for data transformation.\n- Strong SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses.\n- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end BI solutions with autonomy.\n- Experience with Power BI performance tuning and optimization.\n- Familiarity with data governance and security concepts, including Row-Level Security.\n- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with non-technical stakeholders.\n- Professional working proficiency in English.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS\n\n- Power BI Desktop\n- Power BI Service\n- DAX\n- Power Query\n- SQL\n- Data modeling\n- Star schema\n- Measures and relationships\n- Data warehouses\n- Dashboard and report development\n- Performance optimization\n- Data visualization best practices\n- Row-Level Security\n- Data quality and consistency\n- BI documentation\n\nNICE TO HAVE\n\n- Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure data services.\n- Experience integrating Power BI with modern data stacks such as dbt, Redshift or BigQuery.\n- Experience with paginated reports using Power BI Report Builder.\n- Familiarity with CI\/CD processes for BI deployments.\n- Experience with Git-based workflows.\n- Exposure to data storytelling and business strategy alignment.\n\nCOMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY\n\nBase salary range: EUR 20 000 - EUR 40 000 gross\/year\nTotal compensation: up to EUR 55 000\/year\nThe salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements.
