This is a hybrid opportunity based in Brussels, Belgium, focused on coordinating complex ICT initiatives, managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring controlled delivery across scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and governance requirements.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n- Lead and coordinate business intelligence, analytics and reporting projects from planning through delivery, transition and closure.\n- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables and governance documentation.\n- Coordinate requirements, priorities and expectations with business users, technical teams, architects, developers, suppliers and senior stakeholders.\n- Monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, issues, dependencies and overall project progress.\n- Maintain risk, issue, action and decision logs, ensuring clear follow-up and transparent communication.\n- Prepare project reports, dashboards, governance materials and senior management briefings.\n- Support financial planning, budget monitoring, resource planning and change control activities.\n- Contribute to the delivery of Power BI dashboards, reports and business intelligence solutions.\n- Ensure compliance with applicable governance, security and operational requirements in a classified environment.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\n- Minimum 7 years of recent experience managing business applications, business intelligence or analytics projects in large organizations.\n- Solid senior project management experience in complex ICT, government, defence, international organization or regulated environments.\n- Experience delivering projects across the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, transition and closure.\n- Strong knowledge of project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, stakeholder and change management.\n- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and working with senior stakeholders.\n- Ability to prepare project plans, schedules, risk registers, governance papers and executive-level reports.\n- Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English.\n- Project management certification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, MSP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe or equivalent.\n- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multinational teams.\n- Active SECRET-level security clearance recognized for classified international environments.\n- Availability to work in a hybrid model, with regular on-site presence in Brussels, Belgium.\n\nPROFESSIONAL SKILLS\n\n- Project management lifecycle delivery\n- Scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk management\n- Stakeholder management and governance reporting\n- Change control and transition to operations\n- Financial planning, budget monitoring and resource planning\n- Business intelligence, analytics and reporting project delivery\n- Power BI delivery coordination\n- Risk registers, issue logs, action logs and decision logs\n- Executive reporting and senior management briefings\n- Multidisciplinary team coordination\n\nNICE TO HAVE\n\n- Previous experience in classified, defence, government or international organization environments\n- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, business intelligence, data analytics and reporting\n- Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams or Power BI\n- Knowledge of ITIL and service management principles\n\nCOMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY\n\nBase salary range: EUR 18,000 - EUR 32,000 gross\/year\nTotal compensation: up to EUR 39,000\/year\nThe salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements.
