This opportunity focuses on functional analysis, SQL-based data analysis, process optimization, testing support and documentation for business-critical application environments.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs, analyze challenges and translate requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.\n- Use SQL queries to extract, manipulate and analyze data required for business analysis, activity monitoring and issue investigation.\n- Map current processes, identify inefficiencies or data flow gaps and support the definition of improved target processes.\n- Participate in testing activities for new features, including functional validation, data consistency checks and quality verification.\n- Prepare functional documentation, use cases, specification documents and user guidance in French.\n- Support deployment activities by assisting business and technical teams during solution implementation and adoption.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\n- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or data-oriented business consultant.\n- Ability to work autonomously with business and technical stakeholders in complex application environments.\n- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and capacity to structure information clearly.\n- Professional working proficiency in French, written and spoken, with the ability to lead meetings and write functional documentation.\n- Collaborative, responsible and solution-oriented approach aligned with structured delivery and continuous improvement.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS\n\n- SQL for data extraction, filtering, grouping, joins and subqueries.\n- Functional analysis and requirements specification.\n- Process mapping, process analysis and process optimization.\n- Functional testing, QA support and data validation.\n- Documentation of specifications, use cases and user guides.\n- Data analysis applied to business and application support contexts.\n\nCOMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY\n\nBase salary range: EUR 14,000 - EUR 24,000 gross\/year\nTotal compensation: up to EUR 30,000\/year\nThe salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements.
