This opportunity focuses on Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, SQL-based investigation, data validation, issue resolution, user communication and collaboration with development teams.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n- Analyze, handle and resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support tickets submitted by users.\n- Write and execute SQL queries to investigate data issues, validate application behavior and support incident analysis.\n- Perform targeted data adjustments when required, using controlled and simple database queries or scripts.\n- Communicate clearly with French-speaking stakeholders, explaining issue status, root causes and resolution progress.\n- Collaborate with development teams to escalate well-documented bugs that require code-level correction.\n- Document recurring issues, troubleshooting procedures and validated solutions in the internal knowledge base.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\n- 3 or more years of experience in IT technical support, application support or data-oriented customer support.\n- Ability to investigate incidents autonomously and structure findings clearly for business and technical teams.\n- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and responsible handling of application and data-related issues.\n- Professional working proficiency in French, written and spoken, with the ability to communicate by email and phone.\n- Collaborative, transparent and solution-oriented approach aligned with structured support and continuous improvement.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS\n\n- SQL for data retrieval, filters, joins and issue investigation.\n- Application support for business-critical systems.\n- Tier 2 and Tier 3 incident analysis and resolution.\n- Data validation and controlled data adjustment.\n- Troubleshooting documentation and knowledge base maintenance.\n- Bug escalation and technical collaboration with development teams.\n\nCOMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY\n\nBase salary range: EUR 15,000 - EUR 18,000 gross\/year\nTotal compensation: up to EUR 23,000\/year\nThe salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements.
