Responsibilities
\nProduct Ownership
\nDefine the product vision, strategy, budget, and roadmap for innovative tools in collaboration with stakeholders.
\nGather and prioritize product requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
\nTranslate business needs into functional specifications and actionable plans for the development team.
\nWork closely with business, engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
\nMonitor and assess product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
\nStay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI to inform product development.
\nProject Management
\nPlan, execute, and oversee projects related to innovative tools and company culture evolution.
\nDevelop detailed project plans, including timelines, budget, milestones, and resource allocation.
\nManage project budgets, risks, and changes to ensure successful project outcomes.
\nCoordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
\nEnsure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with company objectives.
\nRegularly report on project status, budget, challenges, and progress to senior management.<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nBachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
\n3+ years of experience in product management and\/or project management.
\nProven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
\nExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
\nProficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
\nExcellent proactiveness and teamwork capabilities
\nFluent in English (B2+)
\nFluent in French (B2+)<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications
\nMaster\u2019s degree in a relevant field.
\nStrong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.
\nProfessional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications (or similar).
