This role combines business analysis, requirements clarification and test-oriented delivery support in a regulated environment.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.\n- Support the definition, validation and documentation of business processes and solution requirements.\n- Collaborate with technical, functional and quality teams to ensure alignment between requirements and delivery.\n- Contribute to test case definition, review and validation based on functional requirements.\n- Support test planning, defect analysis, validation activities and issue follow-up.\n- Promote clear documentation, traceability and structured communication across the project lifecycle.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\n- 3 to 6 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.\n- Knowledge of software testing activities, including test case definition, execution and defect validation.\n- Experience working with business requirements, functional specifications and process analysis.\n- Professional working proficiency in English.\n- Ability to work with stakeholders in a clear, structured and collaborative way.\n- Responsible, analytical and solution-oriented mindset.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS\n\n- Business analysis\n- Functional analysis\n- Requirements gathering and documentation\n- Process analysis\n- Software testing knowledge\n- Test case definition and execution\n- Defect analysis and validation\n- Banking sector context\n\nCOMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY\n\nBase salary range: EUR 14,000 - EUR 24,000 gross\/year\nTotal compensation: up to EUR 30,000\/year\nThe salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements.
