This role combines user support, operational procedures, KPI follow-up, data extraction and coordination with business analysis and project teams in a hybrid model based in Porto or Lisbon.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n- Provide level 1 support for SaaS applications, ensuring clear communication through Teams, Outlook and, when required, phone channels.\n- Follow established operational procedures to support KPI measurement, service consistency and issue tracking.\n- Manage user requests, analyze support information and ensure appropriate communication with stakeholders.\n- Extract, organize and present operational data in collaboration with the Business Analyst team.\n- Work closely with the project team to support application activities, service continuity and process alignment.\n- Contribute to accurate documentation, handover practices and continuous improvement of support activities.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\n- Experience in IT support, application support or service desk activities, ideally within corporate SaaS tools.\n- Professional working proficiency in French.\n- Administrative mindset, attention to detail and ability to follow procedures consistently.\n- Good communication skills and a service-oriented approach in user support contexts.\n- Ability to work collaboratively with business analysis, project and operational teams.\n- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Porto or Lisbon, with on-site presence two days per week.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS\n\n- SaaS application support.\n- IT support processes.\n- KPI follow-up and operational reporting.\n- Data extraction and presentation.\n- Microsoft Teams and Outlook.\n- Ticket handling and user communication practices.\n\nNICE TO HAVE\n\n- Knowledge of procedures related to talent management.\n- Familiarity with quality assurance and data quality practices.\n- Knowledge of BusinessObjects or SQL querying.\n- Experience in banking, financial services or other regulated environments.\n\nCOMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY\n\nBase salary range: EUR 15 000 - EUR 18 000 gross\/year\nTotal compensation: up to EUR 23 000\/year\nThe salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements.
