The role involves joining an established technical team, learning an existing solution quickly and contributing autonomously to software development, cloud-based delivery and continuous improvement practices.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n- Develop, maintain and optimize full stack applications using .NET technologies and modern web frameworks.\n- Analyze existing codebases, understand solution architecture and contribute to reliable technical evolution.\n- Support software delivery across the development lifecycle, including coding, testing, integration and deployment activities.\n- Work with cloud services, CI\/CD pipelines and version control practices to improve delivery efficiency.\n- Collaborate with technical stakeholders and team members to ensure quality, maintainability and alignment with project requirements.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\n- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in software development, preferably in banking or financial services environments.\n- Solid autonomy, responsibility and ability to become productive in complex existing solutions within a short period.\n- Collaborative mindset, clear communication and ability to work effectively within an established technical team.\n- Strong learning capability and adaptability when working with existing architectures, codebases and delivery processes.\n- Practical understanding of software architecture principles and their application in enterprise application development.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS\n\n- .NET Core, C# or recent versions of .NET Framework\n- Full stack development\n- React or modern Single Page Application frameworks\n- Microsoft Azure\n- Software architecture\n- Automated testing and development process automation\n- Azure DevOps\n- CI\/CD pipelines\n- GitHub\n- GitHub Copilot\n- Generative AI development acceleration tools\n\nNICE TO HAVE\n\n- Experience with Lovable.ai or similar GenAI-based development acceleration tools.\n- Previous experience contributing to software industrialization, testing standardization or delivery automation initiatives.\n\nCOMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY\n\nBase salary range: EUR 14 000 - EUR 36 000 gross\/year\nTotal compensation: up to EUR 43 000\/year\nThe salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements.
