This role is based in The Hague, Netherlands, and involves quality assurance across technical artefacts, external delivery teams and operational acceptance processes.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n- Plan, organise and conduct formal reviews and assessments across complex technical domains, cross-functional areas and supply chain activities.\n- Evaluate compliance with organisational standards and identify the root causes of non-compliance.\n- Produce and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, requirements traceability matrices and test reports.\n- Review and provide assurance over test artefacts, including requirements traceability documentation.\n- Coordinate the design, planning, execution and reporting of verification and validation events.\n- Support projects where test execution is delivered by external contractors.\n- Support operational teams during operational acceptance activities.\n- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear coordination during complex project delivery.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\n- At least 3 years of recent experience in planning and executing test, verification and validation activities in large and complex projects.\n- At least 3 years of recent experience with functional, non-functional and interoperability testing of systems and products.\n- Proven experience coordinating external stakeholders and colleagues during complex technical delivery.\n- Ability to understand and reason about hardware and software system architectures based on system design documentation.\n- Clear, structured and concise communication skills in spoken and written English.\n- Experience working with independent testing activities delivered by external parties.\n- Active or eligible secret-level security clearance required.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS\n\n- Test planning\n- Verification and validation\n- Functional testing\n- Non-functional testing\n- Interoperability testing\n- Requirements traceability matrix\n- Test reporting\n- Defect management\n- Test management tools\n- Requirements management tools\n- Virtualised environments\n- Cloud environments\n- Hardware and software system architecture\n- DNS\n- NTP\n- Email systems\n- Databases\n- Application architectures\n- Inter-application communication protocols\n\nNICE TO HAVE\n\n- Advanced certification in software testing or test management.\n- Experience in defence or military business domains.\n- Experience with assurance tools and assurance processes.\n- Experience as an interoperability tester in international defence environments.\n\nCOMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY\n\nBase salary range: EUR 15 000 - EUR 28 000 gross\/year\nTotal compensation: up to EUR 34 000\/year\nRelocation Package Offer \n\nThe salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements.
