You will contribute to the design, development and maintenance of robust data pipelines and strategic datamarts supporting management reporting, BI and analytics, regulatory reporting, financial reporting and data integrations across applications.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n- Design, build and maintain performant data pipelines for large data volumes across the data platform.\n- Develop strategic datamarts that support reporting, analytics, regulatory, financial and integration needs.\n- Apply data warehouse modelling concepts to create scalable and reliable analytical data structures.\n- Collaborate with solution teams, business stakeholders, IT teams, production teams and external partners.\n- Work independently, take initiative and solve technical problems with ownership and quality.\n- Contribute to delivery practices aligned with CI\/CD principles and version-controlled development.\n- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams to support shared understanding and effective delivery.\n- Work within an 08:00-17:00 schedule, according to the project context.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\n- Senior-level experience in data engineering, with autonomy in complex data delivery environments.\n- Strong experience designing and implementing data pipelines with large data volumes.\n- Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts, including Data Vault 2.0 and Kimball.\n- Professional working proficiency in English, equivalent to B2 level.\n- Ability to work independently, take initiative and solve technical challenges responsibly.\n- Clear communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical audiences.\n- Solution-oriented mindset, with attention to quality, reliability and business impact.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS\n\n- Data Warehouse concepts\n- Data Vault 2.0\n- Kimball modelling\n- Python\n- SQL\n- Git\n- CI\/CD principles\n- Data pipelines\n- Datamarts\n- BI and analytics data support\n- Regulatory and financial reporting data support\n- Application data integration\n\nNICE TO HAVE\n\n- Experience in financial services data environments.\n- Exposure to production-oriented data platforms.\n- Awareness of quality management, information security, AI governance or cybersecurity best practices.\n\nCOMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY\n\nBase salary range: EUR 22,000 - EUR 32,000 gross\/year\nTotal compensation: up to EUR 40,000\/year\nThe salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements.
