Acting in a dynamic international environment, you will be\u00a0the primary Single Point of Contact\u00a0 for technical integrators, local SMEs, and Level 3 support, while collaborating with Change Management teams to maximize global user adoption.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Core Model Ownership &amp; Management:<\/strong><span> Develop, configure, and maintain the global Core Model for Talent &amp; Performance processes, ensuring all configurations strictly align with the overall project plan during both integration and run modes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><\/span><strong>Single Point of Contact (SPOC) &amp; Support:<\/strong><span> Act as the central interface for HR populations (BPOs and local SMEs) andtechnical integrator teams<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><\/span><strong>Data Validation &amp; Testing:<\/strong><span> Plan and organize comprehensive data and process testing campaigns to ensure full system validation, technical acceptance, and accurate security\/access design.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><\/span><strong>Analytics &amp; Change Management:<\/strong><span> Produce relevant KPIs, maintain performance dashboards for the Talent &amp; Performance scope, and co-produce or validate training and communication materials to guarantee successful user adoption.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Requirement<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong><span> Master&#8217;s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, Compensation &amp; Benefits (C&amp;B), Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Professional Experience:<\/strong><span> 2 to 5 years of experience in global HRIS Core HR or HRIS projects, with a proven track record in implementation projects (build and\/or run) within a consulting firm or corporate internal team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><\/span><strong>Skills &amp; Certifications:<\/strong><span> Fluent in English with solid project management capabilities and strong cross-functional influencing skills.
