Lead and manage Core HR \/ Employee Central Configuration and Data Mode<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain key HR processes including: Hiring, Employee movements, Promotions, Terminations<\/p>\n
Ensure system configuration aligns with project objectives during implementation and operational phases.<\/p>\n
Coordinate Testing, Validation, and User Adoption<\/p>\n
Act as the Main Point of Contact for BPOs and Technical teams<\/p>\n
Degree in computer science \/ information technology, HR, C&B, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent<\/p>\n
Min 4\u00a0years experience in HRIS Core HR or HRIS project\u00a0<\/p>\n
Fluent in English<\/p>\n
