You will help strengthen cloud financial management processes, improve cost visibility and optimisation, and contribute to sustainable decision-making across an international environment.\n\nWhat you will do\n\nDesign and implement FinOps processes aligned with the FinOps Foundation framework.\nSupport the full FinOps lifecycle across Inform, Optimize and Operate phases.\nImprove cloud cost visibility, accountability and governance practices.\nIdentify optimisation opportunities and support data-driven recommendations.\nCollaborate with technical, financial and business stakeholders to promote FinOps adoption.\nHelp define operational routines, reporting mechanisms and continuous improvement practices.\nSupport occasional business travel within Europe when required.\n\nWhat we are looking for\n\nAt least 5 years of experience implementing and operating FinOps practices.\nFinOps Certified Practitioner certification is required.\nProfessional working proficiency in English.\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills.\nCollaborative, flexible and responsible mindset.\nOpen, solution-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.\nEligibility to work in Portugal and travel within Europe when needed.\n\nTechnical skills\n\nFinOps: FinOps Foundation framework, Inform, Optimize and Operate phases.\nCloud financial management: cost visibility, optimisation, accountability and governance.\nProcesses and operations: practice design, implementation, reporting and continuous improvement.\nStakeholder collaboration: communication with technical, financial and business teams.\n\nLife as a Hexa Builder\nAt Hexa, every professional is a Builder: someone who takes ownership, contributes with intention and helps create real impact.
