In this role, you will design, build and evolve Salesforce solutions used across multiple business areas, contributing to scalable delivery, strong technical quality and continuous improvement.\n\nWhat you will do\n\nDesign and develop custom applications and features on the Salesforce platform.\nTranslate business requirements into robust, scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.\nProvide technical guidance to developers, analysts and other stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.\nSupport code reviews, development standards and knowledge sharing within the team.\nImplement integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including APIs, web services and middleware.\nTroubleshoot, debug and resolve issues across Salesforce applications and related integrations.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation to support solution quality and continuity.\nWrite and execute unit and integration tests to ensure reliable delivery.\n\nWhat we are looking for\n\nAt least 5 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.\nStrong autonomy in designing, developing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions.\nExperience providing technical leadership, mentoring or supporting other developers.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with business and technical stakeholders.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to delivery quality.\nProfessional working proficiency in English, ideally B2\/C1 level.\n\nTechnical skills\n\nSalesforce development: Apex, Visualforce and Lightning components.\nIntegration: APIs, web services, middleware and third-party system integrations.\nSalesforce architecture: security model, data modelling and scalable solution design.\nDevelopment practices: Git, unit testing, integration testing, code reviews and technical documentation.\nDelivery approach: Salesforce development best practices, deployment processes and collaborative technical delivery.\n\nNice to have\n\nSalesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer II or Technical Architect.\n\nLife as a Hexa Builder\nAt Hexa, being a Builder means taking ownership, contributing with intention and creating real impact through the work you deliver.
