This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience across Microsoft endpoint management, VMware\/Omnissa and Microsoft 365 hybrid environments, with the ability to ensure secure, scalable and reliable workplace infrastructure.\n\nWhat you will do\n\nDesign, build and maintain Windows base images, including drivers and standard software, for deployment to corporate devices.\nPrepare and manage automated operating system deployment and upgrade processes using SCCM and Microsoft Intune.\nEnsure periodic deployment of security fixes, updates and compliance controls across corporate endpoints.\nCreate, test and deploy software installation and update packages for corporate devices.\nManage software inventory, compliance and standardisation across the endpoint environment.\nSupport the setup, configuration and evolution of VMware\/Omnissa virtual desktop solutions, including base images and desktop pools.\nMonitor capacity, performance and hardware resources, ensuring stability and continuous improvement of the solution.\nProvide advanced support, incident diagnosis and technical guidance related to workplace infrastructure and Microsoft environments.\n\nWhat we are looking for\n\nSenior-level experience in system configuration, endpoint management and workplace infrastructure.\nStrong background in defining, setting up, managing and operating infrastructure solutions over time.\nSolid experience with corporate Windows environments, automation, imaging, patching and compliance.\nAbility to work with complex hybrid environments involving cloud and on-premises components.\nStrong troubleshooting, documentation and problem-solving skills.\nCollaborative mindset and ability to interact with technical teams and users.\nProfessional working proficiency in Portuguese.\n\nTechnical skills\n\nEndpoint management: SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Windows image management, operating system deployment, patching, software packaging and compliance.\nVirtual desktop infrastructure: VMware\/Omnissa setup, base image configuration, virtual desktop pools, capacity management, performance monitoring and support.\nMicrosoft environments: Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Teams and OneDrive.\nHybrid infrastructure: installation, configuration and management of cloud and on-premises Microsoft environments.\nOperations and support: incident diagnosis, infrastructure evolution, endpoint inventory, security fixes and technical documentation.\n\nNice to have\n\nAvailability to be based in Lisbon, with regular on-site presence.\nExceptionally strong technical profiles based in Porto may be considered, provided there is availability for monthly travel to Lisbon.\n\nLife as a Hexa Builder\nAt Hexa, being a Builder means taking ownership, contributing with intention and creating real impact through the work you deliver.
