This role requires strong technical understanding, including software delivery, code-level concepts and microservices-based architectures, with the ability to define release strategies from the ground up and ensure controlled, reliable and well-governed delivery.\n\nWhat you will do\n\nDefine and structure release management strategies, processes and governance from the ground up.\nPlan and coordinate releases across complex technology environments.\nManage release calendars, dependencies, risks, approvals and implementation windows.\nCoordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, operations and business stakeholders.\nEnsure release readiness, execution control and post-release validation.\nDefine and manage rollback plans to reduce operational risk.\nSupport continuous improvement of release practices, communication flows and delivery predictability.\n\nWhat we are looking for\n\nSenior experience in release management, delivery coordination or similar roles in complex IT environments.\nStrong understanding of software delivery, application lifecycle management and technical release processes.\nAbility to work with technical teams and understand code-level implications, integrations and microservices.\nExperience defining release strategies, governance and operational processes from the beginning.\nStrong planning, coordination, risk management and stakeholder management skills.\nStructured, autonomous and solution-oriented working style.\nProfessional working proficiency in Portuguese and English, minimum B2 level.\n\nTechnical skills\n\nRelease management: release planning, calendars, dependencies, approvals, implementation windows and rollback planning.\nSoftware delivery: understanding of code, application delivery lifecycles, deployment flows and technical readiness.\nArchitecture awareness: microservices, integrations and distributed systems concepts.\nDelivery coordination: collaboration with development, QA, infrastructure, operations and business teams.\nGovernance and quality: risk management, readiness checks, post-release validation and continuous improvement.\n\nLife as a Hexa Builder\nAt Hexa, being a Builder means taking ownership, contributing with intention and creating real impact through the work you deliver.
