About the opportunity
Join a hybrid opportunity in the technology consulting sector, supporting the design, implementation and operation of a mature FinOps practice. You will help strengthen cloud financial management processes, improve cost visibility and optimisation, and contribute to sustainable decision-making across an international environment.
What you will do
Design and implement FinOps processes aligned with the FinOps Foundation framework.
Support the full FinOps lifecycle across Inform, Optimize and Operate phases.
Improve cloud cost visibility, accountability and governance practices.
Identify optimisation opportunities and support data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with technical, financial and business stakeholders to promote FinOps adoption.
Help define operational routines, reporting mechanisms and continuous improvement practices.
Support occasional business travel within Europe when required.
What we are looking for
At least 5 years of experience implementing and operating FinOps practices.
FinOps Certified Practitioner certification is required.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Collaborative, flexible and responsible mindset.
Open, solution-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
Eligibility to work in Portugal and travel within Europe when needed.
Technical skills
FinOps: FinOps Foundation framework, Inform, Optimize and Operate phases.
Cloud financial management: cost visibility, optimisation, accountability and governance.
Processes and operations: practice design, implementation, reporting and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder collaboration: communication with technical, financial and business teams.
