Analista de Negócios (com QA)

SOBRE A OPORTUNIDADE

We are looking for a Business Analyst with knowledge of software testing to support digital initiatives for an organization in the banking sector, based in Porto. This role combines business analysis, requirements clarification and test-oriented delivery support in a regulated environment.

O QUE VAI FAZER

- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Support the definition, validation and documentation of business processes and solution requirements.
- Collaborate with technical, functional and quality teams to ensure alignment between requirements and delivery.
- Contribute to test case definition, review and validation based on functional requirements.
- Support test planning, defect analysis, validation activities and issue follow-up.
- Promote clear documentation, traceability and structured communication across the project lifecycle.

O QUE PROCURAMOS

- 3 to 6 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
- Knowledge of software testing activities, including test case definition, execution and defect validation.
- Experience working with business requirements, functional specifications and process analysis.
- Proficiência profissional de trabalho em inglês.
- Ability to work with stakeholders in a clear, structured and collaborative way.
- Responsible, analytical and solution-oriented mindset.

TRANSPARÊNCIA DE COMPENSAÇÃO

Base salary range: EUR 14,000 - EUR 24,000 gross/year
Total compensation: up to EUR 30,000/year
O intervalo salarial baseia-se em critérios objetivos e neutros em termos de género, incluindo as competências necessárias, experiência profissional, nível de responsabilidade e requisitos da função. A remuneração final será determinada de acordo com o perfil do candidato e os requisitos da posição.
