What you will be doing
- Lead an exceptional team to create web solutions with excellence
- Collaborate closely with Technical Product Owners to shape requirements and user stories
- Devise and implement technical strategies aligned with business needs
- Enhance development and quality practices consistently (code quality, testing, release management)
- Vigilantly seek opportunities to enhance monitoring, identify issues, and provide exceptional solutions
- Provide optimal process support to empower the team's peak performance
What you will bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrate a robust engineering background with a minimum of 8 years in the field
- Exhibit a proven history of effective people management
- Showcase experience in managing high-traffic websites
- Display competence in agile environments with a focus on continuous delivery practices
- Showcase extensive familiarity with one or more of the subsequent programming platforms: .NET, Spring Boot, Angular, ReactJs
- Possess adept analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Exhibit experience in developing and upkeeping Content Management Systems (nice to have)
- Display hands-on expertise with technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Kafka (nice to have)
