What you will be doing
• Plan, implement, install, operate and maintain systems hardware, software applications and Information Technology infrastructure;
• Manage project deployment lifecycle, define requirements, research solutions, design systems, support testing and oversee live implementation;
• Evaluate product requirements to develop total systems solutions within project timelines and cost constraints;
• Design scalable and performant solutions;
• Oversee the testing and monitoring of applications and systems performance;
• Provide assistance with systems planning, business information analysis and process improvement initiatives;
• Support resolution of systems issues, malfunctions or software programming problems;
• Provide regular reports auditing the current services and latest changes, as well the our internal practices.
What you will bring
• Experience with automation/configuration management using either Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform;
• Experience with a variety of software and hardware operating environments for virtualization and containers (VMware, KVM, Docker, kubernetes/openshift, Clouds(AWS and Azure);
• Experience with a scripting language (e.g. Python, Perl or Bash);
• Expert at troubleshooting complex technical issues;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile Production/ DevOps environment;
• Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service;
• Understanding and efficiency in collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Professional english proficiency (written and spoken).
