This hybrid opportunity is suited to a Data Scientist who can transform complex data into reliable models, clear insights and measurable business value.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n- Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, opportunities and risks that support business decisions.\n- Design, build, validate and optimize supervised and unsupervised machine learning models.\n- Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model tuning and performance evaluation.\n- Collaborate with data, engineering and business teams to integrate analytical outputs into practical solutions.\n- Communicate technical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n- Support the model lifecycle through experimentation, versioning, documentation and deployment readiness.\n- Ensure analytical quality, reliability and responsible utilization of data and models.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\n- Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Machine Learning or a related field.\n- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in data science environments.\n- Experience building and deploying production-level analytical or machine learning models.\n- Strong analytical reasoning, structured problem-solving and ownership of the full analytical lifecycle.\n- Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to different audiences.\n- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple data teams.\n- Adaptability to changing data, requirements and project priorities.\n- Professional working proficiency in English.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS\n\n- Python, including NumPy, pandas and scikit-learn.\n- Exploratory data analysis, feature engineering and statistical analysis.\n- Statistics and probability, including hypothesis testing, inference and distributions.\n- Supervised and unsupervised machine learning models.\n- Model evaluation, validation strategies, cross-validation, metrics and overfitting control.\n- SQL for data querying and analysis.\n- ML experimentation tools such as MLflow, Weights & Biases or Databricks ML.\n- Data visualization with Matplotlib, Seaborn or Plotly.\n- BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.\n- MLOps fundamentals, including model registry, versioning and deployment lifecycle.\n\nNICE TO HAVE\n\n- Basic knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow.\n- Familiarity with cloud machine learning platforms such as Azure ML, AWS SageMaker or Google Cloud Vertex AI.\n\nCOMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY\n\nBase salary range: EUR 22,000 - EUR 28,000 gross\/year\nTotal compensation: up to EUR 34,000\/year\nThe salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements.
