This opportunity is for a client in the technology sector and involves designing, implementing and improving full-stack solutions that integrate AI across the Software Development Life Cycle.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n- Design, implement and evolve software engineering solutions that apply AI to improve productivity, quality and delivery across the SDLC.\n- Build and integrate AI agents and developer tooling into engineering workflows, from discovery and architecture to deployment, monitoring and production support.\n- Contribute to technical architecture decisions, ensuring robustness, governance, security and compliance in AI-enabled development practices.\n- Support engineering teams in the adoption and responsible utilization of AI tools for code development, review, testing and documentation.\n- Define and promote engineering standards, design patterns, testing practices and technical documentation to improve consistency and maintainability.\n- Collaborate with engineering teams, product stakeholders and non-technical audiences to translate business needs into pragmatic technical solutions.\n- Act as a senior technical reference, supporting code reviews, mentoring, technical decision-making and resolution of complex engineering challenges.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\n- Higher education in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.\n- At least 5 years of professional experience developing production software for scalable and high-availability systems.\n- Strong end-to-end understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements, architecture, development, testing, deployment, monitoring and production support.\n- Proven experience in full-stack development, with the ability to adapt across backend and frontend technologies.\n- Solid DevOps mindset, with experience supporting automation, continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.\n- Strong interest in AI applied to software engineering, developer productivity and engineering quality.\n- Ability to guide engineering teams, support technical decisions and mentor professionals with different experience levels.\n- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a collaborative, responsible and solution-oriented approach.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS\n\n- Backend development with technologies such as .NET, Node.js or equivalent stacks.\n- Frontend development with technologies such as React, TypeScript or equivalent frameworks.\n- Software Development Life Cycle practices and end-to-end software delivery.\n- CI\/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or equivalent platforms.\n- Infrastructure as Code and automation of build, test and release processes.\n- AI coding assistants and developer agents such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or equivalent tools.\n- Software architecture, design patterns and scalable system design.\n- Testing practices, including unit, integration and end-to-end testing.\n- Technical documentation, code quality practices and code review processes.\n- Security, governance and compliance considerations in AI-enabled software development.\n\nNICE TO HAVE\n\n- Experience with AI\/ML ecosystems applied to developer tooling or software engineering productivity.\n- Experience assessing frameworks, SDKs and low-code or no-code platforms in software delivery contexts.\n- Awareness of AI governance, information security or cybersecurity best practices.\n\nCOMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY\n\nBase salary range: EUR 14,000 - EUR 36,000 gross\/year\nTotal compensation: up to EUR 43,000\/year\nThe salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements.
