This hybrid role focuses on technology risk monitoring, governance, reporting, IT asset management, obsolescence follow-up, vulnerability oversight and support to risk control activities across business and technology stakeholders.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n- Develop, maintain and improve technology risk management frameworks, policies and procedures.\n- Monitor, analyze and report technology risks, vulnerabilities and mitigation actions to stakeholders and senior management.\n- Support governance, risk and control activities across technology environments, ensuring alignment with applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards.\n- Identify, assess and prioritize technology risks, including cybersecurity threats, data protection risks, system resilience issues and IT-related vulnerabilities.\n- Provide oversight and challenge to IT teams, supporting the implementation of appropriate risk mitigation measures and controls.\n- Support IT asset management activities, including business analysis for internal tooling, production feature follow-up, ticket management, prioritization support and UAT testing.\n- Support obsolescence monitoring through reporting, follow-up activities and dashboard maintenance.\n- Review first line risks related to third-party vendors and support follow-up and closure of third-party technology risk actions.\n- Prepare clear reports and dashboards on technology risks, vulnerabilities, controls and remediation progress.\n- Promote a strong risk management culture through guidance, training materials and practical support to stakeholders.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\n- Between 6 and 9 years of professional experience in technology risk management, preferably within banking or financial services.\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.\n- Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, cybersecurity principles and risk assessment methodologies.\n- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to technology risk management.\n- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders and senior management.\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to risk analysis and prioritization.\n- Proactive, creative and results-oriented mindset.\n- Professional working proficiency in Portuguese and English.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS\n\n- Technology risk management frameworks, policies and procedures.\n- Risk assessment methodologies and control monitoring.\n- Cybersecurity principles and technology infrastructure risk analysis.\n- IT asset management and obsolescence monitoring.\n- Vulnerability reporting and remediation follow-up.\n- Third-party technology risk review and follow-up.\n- Power BI and Excel.\n- UAT testing and production ticket follow-up.\n- Regulatory requirements and industry standards related to technology risk management.\n\nNICE TO HAVE\n\n- Professional working proficiency in French.\n- Splunk.\n- COBIT and ITIL frameworks.\n- ISO\/IEC 27001, ISO\/IEC 27005, CISSP, CISM or CRISC certification.\n\nCOMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY\n\nBase salary range: EUR 19,000 - EUR 25,000 gross\/year\nTotal compensation: up to EUR 33,000\/year\nThe salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements.
