This opportunity is based in Porto, with a hybrid model that includes on-site collaboration two times per week, and requires fluent English for international communication.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n- Design, develop and maintain PL\/SQL components supporting business-critical banking applications.\n- Analyze technical requirements and translate them into reliable, secure and maintainable database solutions.\n- Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, packages and database logic to improve performance and stability.\n- Support integration, testing, troubleshooting and incident analysis across application and database layers.\n- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure delivery quality, documentation and alignment with project objectives.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\n- 6 to 9 years of professional experience in PL\/SQL development, with advanced autonomy in complex delivery contexts.\n- Previous experience working with business-critical systems, preferably in the banking sector.\n- Fluent English and strong communication skills for collaboration with international stakeholders.\n- Responsible, analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with attention to quality, confidentiality and delivery commitments.\n- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Porto, with on-site presence two times per week.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS\n\n- PL\/SQL development\n- Oracle Database\n- SQL query development and optimization\n- Stored procedures, functions, packages and triggers\n- Database performance analysis and tuning\n- Data analysis and troubleshooting\n- Secure development practices\n\nCOMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY\n\nBase salary range: EUR 14,000 - EUR 30,000 gross\/year\nTotal compensation: up to EUR 35,000\/year\nThe salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements.
