This is a Portugal-based hybrid opportunity for a consultant with proven experience in national projects and the ability to work across multiple SuccessFactors modules.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n- Support the analysis, configuration and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across the employee lifecycle.\n- Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable platform configurations.\n- Contribute to the standardization and improvement of HR processes supported by SAP SuccessFactors modules.\n- Participate in implementation, maintenance, testing and support activities across national projects.\n- Document configurations, decisions and functional processes with clarity and consistency.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\n- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a consultant in national SAP SuccessFactors projects.\n- Experience working autonomously in functional analysis, configuration and delivery support.\n- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and contribute to structured project execution.\n- Collaborative, responsible and solution-oriented mindset.\n- Professional working proficiency in English.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS\n\n- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.\n- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.\n- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.\n- SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.\n- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.\n- SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development.\n- SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System.\n- Functional analysis, configuration, testing and process documentation.\n\nCOMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY\n\nBase salary range: EUR 31 000 - EUR 43 000 gross\/year\nThe salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements.
