This hybrid opportunity is based in Lisbon, with two days per week in the office, and focuses on transforming data into actionable insights through dashboards, data preparation, analytics workflows and AI-enabled use cases.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n- Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business needs.\n- Build efficient Power BI data models using star schema principles, measures, KPIs and DAX best practices.\n- Perform data preparation and feature engineering using Dataiku visual recipes and code-based workflows.\n- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure clean, reliable and analytics-ready datasets.\n- Contribute to data science workflows in Dataiku, including exploratory data analysis and model experimentation.\n- Support Generative AI use cases within Dataiku, including prompt-based analytics, LLM integration and AI-assisted insights.\n- Ensure data quality, consistency and usability across reports and analytical assets.\n- Work closely with data engineers, analysts and business stakeholders.\n- Participate in documentation, best practices and knowledge sharing within the team.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\n- 3 to 6 years of experience in BI, analytics, data engineering or data-related roles.\n- Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modelling, DAX and visualisation best practices.\n- Hands-on experience with Dataiku for data preparation and analytics workflows.\n- Solid understanding of data visualisation principles and storytelling with data.\n- Experience preparing datasets for analytics and machine learning use cases.\n- Basic to intermediate knowledge of data science concepts, including statistics and machine learning fundamentals.\n- Familiarity with Python and SQL.\n- Professional working proficiency in English.\n- Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.\n- Responsible, curious and solution-oriented approach.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS\n\n- Power BI\n- Dataiku\n- DAX\n- Data modelling\n- Star schema\n- KPIs\n- Data visualisation\n- Data storytelling\n- Data preparation\n- Feature engineering\n- Visual recipes\n- Code-based workflows\n- Python\n- SQL\n- Exploratory data analysis\n- Machine learning fundamentals\n- Generative AI\n- Large Language Models\n- Prompt-based analytics\n- LLM integration\n- Data quality\n- Technical documentation\n\nNICE TO HAVE\n\n- Experience building or supporting machine learning models in Dataiku.\n- Exposure to embeddings or prompt engineering.\n- Experience with cloud data platforms.\n- Understanding of data governance and model lifecycle management.\n- Awareness of AI governance, ISO\/IEC 42001, information security or cybersecurity best practices.\n\nCOMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY\n\nBase salary range: EUR 22 000 - EUR 28 000 gross\/year\nTotal compensation: up to EUR 34 000\/year\nThe salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements.
