This role combines level 2 functional support, LMS administration, data quality, user enablement, change management and coordination with project and business teams in a hybrid model based in Porto or Lisbon.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n- Handle level 2 support tickets related to learning platforms, ensuring clear analysis, follow-up and communication with users.\n- Administer LMS functionalities, including adaptive learning components, skills management and training proposal features.\n- Support platform version upgrades through testing, validation, user training and operational readiness activities.\n- Train users on learning platform functionalities and contribute to change management across the user community.\n- Ensure data quality across the platform architecture, identifying inconsistencies and supporting corrective actions.\n- Support institutions in implementing training processes and aligning platform utilization with operational needs.\n- Participate in improvement initiatives, business process optimization and the integration of new organizational entities.\n- Contribute to governance, engagement, documentation and communication activities related to learning platform management.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\n- Three to six years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, HRIS Analyst or in similar functional support roles.\n- Professional working proficiency in French.\n- Ability to analyze user needs, support operational processes and translate business requirements into clear functional actions.\n- Organized, service-oriented and detail-focused mindset, with strong follow-up and documentation practices.\n- Capacity to work in coordination with project teams, business stakeholders and support teams.\n- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Porto or Lisbon, with on-site presence two days per week.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS\n\n- Business analysis in HRIS or learning platform contexts.\n- LMS, TMS, LCMS or LXP platform functionalities.\n- Level 2 functional support ticket handling.\n- Adaptive learning and skills management features.\n- Data quality analysis and operational follow-up.\n- Testing, validation and user training for platform upgrades.\n- Governance, documentation, communication and change management practices.\n\nNICE TO HAVE\n\n- Knowledge of the training sector.\n- Experience with training process implementation.\n- Familiarity with HRIS administration or learning management processes.\n- Experience in banking, financial services or other regulated environments.\n\nCOMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY\n\nBase salary range: EUR 15 000 - EUR 18 000 gross\/year\nTotal compensation: up to EUR 23 000\/year\nThe salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements.
