We are looking for a Technical Expert to support and maintain the applications eFrame and Aggregator.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Supporting business users
\n\u00b7 Managing support requests and information inquiries
\n\u00b7 In case of Production incident, providing a fix resolution within the SLA target.
\n\u00b7 Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to infrastructure, working with other IT teams such as network and infrastructure teams to resolve issues quickly.
\n\u00b7 Communicating to the Business in case of major incident
\n\u00b7 Automating deployment and configuration processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and reliability for all the applications.
\n\u00b7 Performing the parametrization and installation of applications on UAT environment
\n\u00b7 Coordinating the parametrization and installation of applications on Preproduction and Production environments
\n\u00b7 Supporting the Business in case of new requirements
\n\u00b7 Performing impact analysis for change requests, validating it with the technical leader and coordinating with infrastructure teams
\n\u00b7 Contributing to the mandatory infrastructure activities (DR test, Backup Restore, Certificate Renewal, ..) by coordinating the request with the Infrastructure teams and testing the change.
\n\u00b7 Developing and executing test plans to validate changes
\n\u00b7 Ensuring compliance with AXA standards regarding security, controls, and data privacy
\n\u00b7 Contributing to the preparation of the weekly business meetings
\n\u00b7 Performing capacity management and planning
\n\u00b7 Identifying and executing FinOps activities to optimize infrastructure costs
\n\u00b7 Providing support during critical periods, including weekend coverage (up to twice per year)<\/p>\n
Experience and Technical skills<\/p>\n

\n\u00b7 Good knowledge of cloud frameworks especially Azure
\n\u00b7 Shell scripting expertise

\n\u00b7 Understanding of security constraints and best practices in development and deployment
\n\u00b7 Knowledge of CI\/CD pipelines and automation tools (nice to have)
