This role is based in Lisbon with a hybrid model of two days per week on site.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n- Ensure the stable production operation of critical business applications, supporting service continuity and agreed service levels.\n- Analyze, troubleshoot and mitigate incidents, changes and operational risks affecting application availability and performance.\n- Contribute to application standardization, automation, industrialization and documentation across production environments.\n- Apply application support best practices to improve operational governance, reliability and continuous improvement.\n- Work with technical teams to support deployment, scheduling, monitoring and operational readiness activities.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\n- 6 to 9 years of experience in application support, production engineering or IT operations support.\n- Strong autonomy, rigor and accountability in critical production environments.\n- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with technical and operational teams.\n- Experience supporting applications in regulated or high-availability business contexts.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS\n\n- Linux administration and troubleshooting in production environments.\n- Basic Windows Server or Windows environment support.\n- Control-M or another enterprise scheduling tool.\n- Apache HTTP Server, JBoss, Tomcat and basic IIS knowledge.\n- Application architecture, network protocols and infrastructure fundamentals.\n- CI\/CD, DevSecOps, security best practices and database fundamentals.\n- Incident, change and service continuity practices.\n\nNICE TO HAVE\n\n- Previous experience in the banking sector.\n- Training or hands-on experience with Control-M.\n- Exposure to application governance, documentation and operational standardization practices.\n\nCOMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY\n\nBase salary range: EUR 17,000 - EUR 19,000 gross\/year\nTotal compensation: up to EUR 22,000\/year\nThe salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements.
