This role focuses on business needs analysis, functional specification and coordination between business stakeholders and software development teams.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements for software delivery teams.\n- Prepare functional analysis documentation to support solution design, implementation and validation.\n- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding of requirements, priorities and expected outcomes.\n- Support the validation of developed solutions to confirm alignment with business requirements.\n- Contribute to planning, organization and prioritization of multiple activities in a delivery-focused environment.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\n- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or similar role in IT delivery contexts.\n- Experience working with business requirements, functional analysis and software development teams.\n- Detail-oriented professional with strong planning, organization and prioritization skills.\n- Collaborative and clear communicator, comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders.\n- Solution-oriented mindset with focus on quality, delivery and continuous improvement.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS\n\n- SQL\n- XML\n- SOAP\n- Functional analysis\n- Business requirements analysis\n- Software delivery lifecycle\n\nNICE TO HAVE\n\n- Knowledge of the insurance sector.\n- Knowledge of the healthcare sector.\n- Experience with agile methodologies.\n\nCOMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY\n\nBase salary range: EUR 18,000 - EUR 28,000 gross\/year\nTotal compensation: up to EUR 35,000\/year\nThe salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements.
