This role combines advanced quality assurance expertise with Scrum facilitation, helping the team improve delivery flow, collaboration, predictability and product quality throughout the software development lifecycle.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n- Define, prepare and maintain test plans, test cases and test scripts based on functional and technical requirements.\n- Execute functional, regression, integration and exploratory testing to identify defects, quality risks and improvement opportunities.\n- Perform manual testing and support the utilization of automated testing tools where applicable.\n- Analyze requirements, clarify acceptance criteria and identify test coverage needs with product and development stakeholders.\n- Document defects clearly, prioritize quality risks and follow up on resolution with developers and relevant stakeholders.\n- Analyze test results, identify recurring quality patterns and recommend continuous improvement actions.\n- Support the organization of test environments, test data and quality documentation.\n- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.\n- Support backlog refinement, sprint visibility and delivery alignment with the product and development team.\n- Help remove blockers, promote agile working practices and support team accountability.\n- Contribute to delivery optimization through transparency, structured communication and continuous improvement.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\n- Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n- 5 to 10 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance or a similar role.\n- Practical experience supporting agile teams as a Scrum Master, Agile Facilitator or equivalent team coordination role.\n- Strong understanding of software development principles, software quality practices and the software development lifecycle.\n- Experience with quality assurance techniques, testing methodologies and agile delivery practices.\n- Advanced attention to detail, analytical thinking and organization skills.\n- Collaborative, responsible and able to support team alignment with autonomy and structure.\n- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions, manage follow-up actions and promote continuous improvement.\n- Professional working proficiency in English.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS\n\n- Software testing methodologies\n- Test plans, test cases and test scripts\n- Functional testing\n- Regression testing\n- Integration testing\n- Exploratory testing\n- Manual testing\n- Automated testing tools\n- Bug tracking systems\n- Test management tools\n- Test documentation\n- Test data management\n- Agile methodologies\n- Scrum framework\n- Sprint planning and retrospectives\n- Backlog refinement support\n- Quality risk analysis\n- At least one programming or scripting language\n\nNICE TO HAVE\n\n- Previous experience combining quality assurance responsibilities with Scrum Master activities.\n- Professional working proficiency in French.\n- Awareness of quality management practices or ISO 9001 principles.\n- Knowledge of agile metrics, team health indicators or continuous improvement practices.\n- Experience supporting distributed or remote agile teams.\n\nCOMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY\n\nBase salary range: EUR 17,000 - EUR 29,000 gross\/year\nTotal compensation: up to EUR 36,000\/year\nThe salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements.
