The role focuses on incident management, application monitoring, change coordination, automation, documentation and continuous improvement across production environments.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n- Manage and resolve production incidents effectively, ensuring service continuity.\n- Develop technical and functional knowledge of the assigned applications.\n- Identify recurrent incidents and contribute to effective long-term solutions.\n- Monitor applications and infrastructure in line with established SLA requirements.\n- Follow up and coordinate technical operations, infrastructure changes and planned interventions.\n- Participate in application and infrastructure change management with development, sysadmin, DBA and networking teams.\n- Keep application documentation up to date, including architecture, procedures and monitoring needs.\n- Manage backup data and ensure regular restore testing.\n- Control application load capacity and support operational stability.\n- Participate in on-call rotations and off-hours interventions when required.\n- Contribute to the automation and continuous improvement of existing procedures.\n- Work closely with development teams to support new application architecture in line with infrastructure standards.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\n- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in application support, production support or similar roles.\n- Good knowledge of Linux and Windows environments and systems administration.\n- Proactive approach to incident management and continuous improvement.\n- Ability to work in demanding and fast-paced production environments.\n- DevOps mindset and willingness to learn and evolve.\n- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.\n- Professional working proficiency in English, minimum B2 level.\n- Autonomous, rigorous and solution-oriented approach to delivery.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS\n\n- Linux\n- Windows\n- Systems administration\n- BMC Control-M or another industrial scheduler\n- Shell scripting\n- Python\n- PowerShell\n- JBoss\n- Tomcat\n- Apache\n- IIS\n- Oracle\n- Sybase\n- SQL Server\n- MySQL\n- SQL fundamentals\n- Infrastructure backups\n- Zabbix\n- Grafana\n- LDAP\n- Firewall\n- Reverse proxy\n- Active Directory\n- Kerberos\n- Container-based infrastructure\n- Basic networking\n- Application monitoring\n- Incident management\n- Change management\n- Technical documentation\n\nNICE TO HAVE\n\n- Experience with Zabbix or Grafana in production monitoring contexts.\n- Experience with automation of operational procedures.\n- Awareness of ISO 9001, ISO\/IEC 27001 or cybersecurity best practices.\n\nCOMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY\n\nBase salary range: EUR 18,000 - EUR 20,000 gross\/year\nTotal compensation: up to EUR 30,000\/year\nThe salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements.
