This role focuses on quality assurance coordination, non-regression testing, acceptance testing and QA delivery across application scopes.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n- Lead non-regression testing activities for insurance-related application scopes within a banking context.\n- Coordinate QA activities, priorities and execution across test cycles.\n- Prepare and maintain test plans, test scenarios and test readiness materials.\n- Support acceptance testing for out-of-release test suites when required.\n- Plan, monitor and follow up testing activities, risks and progress.\n- Facilitate meetings, committees and operational interactions with relevant stakeholders.\n- Contribute directly to testing activities when needed.\n- Promote quality practices, clear communication and service-oriented delivery.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\n- At least 5 years of experience as a Quality Analyst and\/or Test Lead.\n- Experience coordinating QA teams and leading test activities in complex environments.\n- Knowledge of insurance or banking business processes.\n- Professional working proficiency in French at B2\/C1 level.\n- Professional working proficiency in English at B1 level.\n- Strong collaboration, adaptability and relationship-building skills.\n- Ability to manage pressure, communicate assertively and maintain a consulting mindset.\n- Responsible, structured and solution-oriented approach to delivery.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS\n\n- ALM\n- QC\n- Jira\n- Yest\n- Non-regression testing\n- User acceptance testing\n- Test planning\n- Test execution\n- Activity planning and follow-up\n- Quality management practices\n\nNICE TO HAVE\n\n- ISTQB Test Manager\n- Experience in banking or insurance delivery environments\n- Awareness of ISO 9001 quality management practices\n\nCOMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY\n\nBase salary range: EUR 17 000 - EUR 23 000 gross\/year\nTotal compensation: up to EUR 65 000\/year\nThe salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements.
