The role combines .NET backend development, React frontend development and ETL-related data integration work in collaboration with international teams.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n- Maintain, design and implement applications using .NET on the backend and React on the frontend.\n- Analyse user requirements and translate them into clear application design and data integration decisions.\n- Define application objectives, functionality and technical approach with relevant stakeholders.\n- Align application design, data flows and delivery priorities with business goals.\n- Develop, test and improve software components with a focus on reliability, maintainability and quality.\n- Support ETL processes for data integration, transformation and preparation.\n- Debug, investigate and resolve technical issues across application and data environments.\n- Produce clear technical and design documentation to support delivery and knowledge sharing.\n- Collaborate with distributed teams to ensure consistent delivery and business alignment.\n- Contribute to technical decision-making across application and data-related work.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\n- More than 9 years of professional experience in software development.\n- Proven experience delivering full stack applications in complex business environments.\n- Strong backend development experience with .NET.\n- Strong frontend development experience with React.\n- Experience working with data integration or ETL-related requirements.\n- Ability to work with autonomy in distributed delivery contexts.\n- Strong analytical mindset and attention to quality, documentation and maintainability.\n- Professional working proficiency in English.\n- Responsible, collaborative and solution-oriented approach to delivery.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS\n\n- .NET\n- React\n- ETL processes\n- SQL\n- PHP\n- WordPress\n- SharePoint\n- Data integration\n- Software development lifecycle\n- Application design\n- Software testing\n- Debugging and troubleshooting\n- Technical documentation\n\nNICE TO HAVE\n\n- SQL for querying, data manipulation, complex joins, indexing and optimisation.\n- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.\n- Awareness of quality management, information security and cybersecurity best practices.\n\nCOMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY\n\nBase salary range: EUR 14,000 - EUR 36,000 gross\/year\nTotal compensation: up to EUR 43,000\/year\nThe salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements.
