This is a hybrid opportunity based in Parque das Na\u00e7\u00f5es, Lisbon, with two days per week on site, focused on functional and technical support, issue analysis, service continuity and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n- Provide functional and technical support for Oracle eBusiness Suite users and related operational processes.\n- Analyse, prioritise and resolve support requests across finance-related Oracle modules.\n- Investigate incidents and recurring issues using Oracle SQL, PL\/SQL and Unix shell scripting.\n- Support application maintenance, data analysis and operational troubleshooting activities.\n- Collaborate with functional teams, technical teams and end users to ensure clear issue resolution.\n- Document support activities, findings and resolutions in JIRA.\n- Contribute to service stability, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\n- Senior-level experience in application support for Oracle eBusiness Suite environments.\n- Strong autonomy in analysing complex functional and technical support requests.\n- Experience working with Oracle eBusiness Suite version 12.2.\n- Knowledge of finance-related Oracle modules, including AP, FA, GL and GLB.\n- Professional working proficiency in French and English.\n- Collaborative, responsible and solution-oriented mindset.\n- Ability to work in a hybrid model in Parque das Na\u00e7\u00f5es, Lisbon, two days per week.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS\n\n- Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2\n- Oracle AP\n- Oracle FA\n- Oracle GL\n- Oracle GLB\n- Oracle SQL\n- PL\/SQL\n- Unix shell scripting\n- Oracle Developer Forms\n- Oracle Reports\n- Oracle BI Publisher\n- Oracle DataLoad\n- Oracle SQL Developer\n- JIRA\n- Functional application support\n\nNICE TO HAVE\n\n- Experience supporting finance operations in enterprise application environments.\n- Awareness of quality management, information security or cybersecurity best practices.\n- Experience contributing to support documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nCOMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY\n\nBase salary range: EUR 18,000 - EUR 22,000 gross\/year\nTotal compensation: up to EUR 35,000\/year\nThe salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements.
