This role focuses on defining and coordinating testing strategy, supporting multiple stakeholders, improving testing practices and strengthening quality culture across transformation initiatives.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\n- Define, document and coordinate the testing strategy for projects, programmes and releases.\n- Establish and maintain shared testing methods, processes and reference practices.\n- Coordinate test framing activities with multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.\n- Support planning, activity follow-up and project testing governance.\n- Facilitate committees, meetings and stakeholder alignment related to testing activities.\n- Provide testing guidance, advisory support and knowledge sharing.\n- Promote a consistent quality and testing culture across transformation teams.\n- Monitor testing methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n\n- 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality Analyst, Test Lead or junior project management roles involving testing activities.\n- Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders.\n- Ability to work in a hybrid model in Parque das Na\u00e7\u00f5es, two days per week on-site.\n- Strong collaboration, adaptability and service-oriented mindset.\n- Clear, assertive communication and the ability to manage priorities under pressure.\n- Professional working proficiency in French at B2\/C1 level.\n- Professional working proficiency in English at B1 level.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS\n\n- Test strategy and test governance.\n- Test methods, processes and quality reference frameworks.\n- ALM.\n- QC.\n- Jira.\n- Yest.\n- Test planning and activity follow-up.\n- ISTQB Test Manager practices.\n- Quality management and continuous improvement practices.\n\nNICE TO HAVE\n\n- Knowledge of the insurance business domain.\n- Experience promoting testing culture in transformation or enterprise environments.\n- Awareness of ISO 9001, ISO\/IEC 27001 or cybersecurity best practices.\n\nCOMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY\n\nBase salary range: EUR 15 000 - EUR 28 000 gross\/year\nTotal compensation: up to EUR 34 000\/year\nThe salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements.
